Basics:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 5 years of experience with mainframe related development, with knowledge of IDEAL, CICS, CA Datacom, JCL, COBOL, CICS Cobol, WSDL processing/webservices on a mainframe, MQ Circuit switched voice network knowledge will be preferred
