Detailed Job Description:

Provide advanced engineering support services to end users. Gather technical details Troubleshoot issues to resolve problems Provide status updates to product owners and stakeholders Track all details in the issue tracking system (JIRA) Provide issue review and triage problems for new service/support requests Use DevOps automation tools, including GitLab Contribute to Agile/Kanban workflows and team process work Fulfill any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups.

Skills/ Qualifications:

A min of 6 years of experience in IT Programming: 3+ years of experience with one of Java or Python programming languages Very good knowledge and work experience on AWS Services like EMR, Kinesis, S3, Lambda 2+ yrs. of exp Scripting experience with Python or NodeJS or JAVA 2+ yrs. of exp
