Must Have Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience with Development and Implementation of the following At least 4+ years of experience in JAVA, J2EE Technologies - JSF, Hibernate, Spring, JDBC, JNDI, Java Beans, JSON and Web services (SOAP, REST), Java Scripting. Database Management (Oracle stored procedures, MySQL)  At least 8 years of experience in Software Development and Designing.  Hands on experience in OOAD methodologies and standard J2EE design patterns and guidelines. Experience is Unix shell scripting Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Ability to lead team and work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Strong oral and written communication skill

Good to have additional skills:

Understanding of Contact centre concepts and call flows. Hands on knowledge in .Net Experience in developing IVR/VXML will be a plus
