Work with architecture groups to implement what is needed Enforce coding standards, design, Code and perform reviews. Coordinate and resolve issues faced by team Onsite offshore. Mentor team about technical, design and business requirements. Must possess interpersonal, group discussion, decision making, communication with clients both verbal and written. Must be able to work independently with little guidance from others and in a team environment
