Understand the current mainframe application  Any issues in production, need to analyze and fix the issues Communication to Business stake holders Co-ordinate with other teams / team members Must have extensive knowledge on Mainframe and understanding Java technology Mainframe JCL, COBOL, DB2 ( any exp in Java and coolzen are added advantage)
