8 to 15 years of experience Product Version AX 2009 Technically certifications in AX At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in technical design, development and testing work on AX2009 Strong understanding of all development components of AX2009 including forms, reports, interfaces, MS tools and ISV solutions Communicates with clients, product owner and developers to propose the initial model and design which can be built based on the requirement understanding development of conceptual and architectural solution blueprint for assigned projects to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with established architectural principles, standards, and processes High level and detailed level design preparation and review capability Providing deep technical and architecture guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development Developing solution architectures and roadmaps in conjunction with business process partners and strategy teams Researching and leading development of prototypes to assess and build new capabilities in the functional area Participating and providing oversight to the implementation of standards and/or other industry best practices 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios High impact Communication skills  Estimation of technical work Knowledge of Proposal building methods Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
