The resource will be part of the team helping to resolve issues raised by end customers. He should have a functional/Technical knowledge of the product. He will interact with the end customers, understand the issue, analyze it and provide resolutions.Minimum years of experience*: 7

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
The resource needs to resolve minimum of 40 issues in a month. The issue resolved should also meet all the KPIs finalized with the client.Interview Process (Is face to face required?) No
