The vendor, Analyst, for Contact Center Applications will work closely with technology partners to develop high quality features or enhancements to Uniteds Contact Center platform. This role will act on behalf of the business to assist with high level requirements, Envision and Design work for future development focused on internal agent channels. Responsibilities also included coordination with other development teams to ensure consistencies. In addition, assisting in the administration.

Deliver against projects in a timely and cost effective manner ensuring that all critical requirements are met and that new enhanced capabilities deliver against the business case objectives. Projects should deliver revenue and or cost saving benefit while solving real agent needs and improving agent customer satisfaction.
