In depth knowledge on Genesys Framework and complete architectureProficient in Troubleshooting eServices applications like Email, Chat, SMA and Social Network applications and analysing issues with corresponding servers like Media servers, Interaction Server, UCS, Stat Server, ORSURSHands on knowledge in developing Routing Call flows for eServices application using IRD and ComposerExperience with troubleshooting issues in IRD and ComposerProficient in GA, GAX and CME
