Skype for Business 2015 planning, design and implementation  Installation and configuration of Skype for Business 2015 in Test and production environment Configuration of High Availability and Disaster recovery for Skype for Business 2015 features in the target infrastructure. Deployment of hybrid shared SIP domain between Skype for Business 2015 on premise deployment and Skype for business online (in Office365) Configure/document necessary Certificates and DNS records, related to the new infrastructure Third Party Integration - Cisco PBX and UCWA integration Move users from Lync 2013 to Skype for Business 2015 Modification of Onboarding Skype enablement script\process, to make it work with target environment. Modification of migration script from new Skype 2015 on premise environment to O365 Skype Online environment. Availability of Skype for business features from different endpoint modalities: Desktop & Mobile Clients, Room Systems Decommissioning of Lync 2013 servers, after all mailboxes\objects are moved to new Skype servers.
