Shell Scripting, PERL, T-SQL / PL-SQL. 7 years of experience in software development/maintenance Experience in Java / J2EE, JMS, C, PowerBuilder, Informatica Powercenter, Autosys. Experience in defining technology solutions for Financial domain to solve business/ IT problem. Should have strong analytical skills Experience working with business users to understand business requirements, and translate it to system requirements. Working experience in ETL tools like Informatica is added advantage Working experience in agile, e.g. Scrum / Kanban Working experience in tools like bitbucket, bamboo, xlDeploy Should be experienced and interested in leading onshore and offshore team Understanding of market and technology trends. Should lead and guide team members technically, review the design and code and suggest best practices. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exposure to Web/Application Servers e.g. Tomcat, Weblogic Exposure to Middleware Technologies like TIBCO etc. Expertise in build automation tools (e.g. Maven, Ant) Knowledge of Performance Tuning and Profiling of application.
