Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 5 years of experience with SKILLS SET Must have extensive experience in performance testing, monitoring and work load modelling. Advanced knowledge of LoadRunner & Performance Center Experience developing and deploying performance test strategies for software applications and interfaces Should be able to collaborate with the business or development teams Strong understanding of various testing cycles and release activities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Strong understanding of tiered architecture A track record of solving problems and getting things done in a fast pace, ever evolving environment
