Detailed Job Description:

Production support for Varicent Sales Performance Management– includes both production support and development – functional knowledge of this works in Sysco. Both L2 functional and L3-Technical production support for Varicent application Trouble shooting any reporting errors, data errors on the Varicent SPM Application Monitor and investigate any data errors in loading data, or visual data grids on the front-end application Strong SQL skills – including stored procs, joins, SSIS etc. Handle Major Incidents and be ready to join bridge to provide status update while troubleshooting the issue in parallel Interact with client stakeholders to understand the problem and enabling functions to continue without disrupting the nightly operations Varicent has a GUI based Reporting Grid for building UI – this knowledge to use Varicent Report Grid for building UI is necessary
