Must Have Skills:

Must have at least 5 years of QA-testing experience (preferably both development and testing) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud doing the following:

Experience being QA lead for sales force marketing cloud implementation project that include Email, SMS and Push channels Sales force marketing cloud email specialist and sales force marketing cloud consultant certifications are preferred Deep knowledge of sales force marketing cloud platform

Nice to Have Skills:

Design and development of activity diagrams, context diagrams intersystem dependencies and sequence diagrams, familiarity of the design and development of a use case and UML Development and support of test plans acceptance criteria for feature and user stories Facilitate and implement change control process to for impact analysis of scope budget and release timelines

Detailed Job Description:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred. Prior experience implementing full cycle projects SFMC is a plus. Experience working in a scrum team and delivering outcomes in an agile environment. Experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder, and Automation studio
