Experience in ABAP development in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA (Optional) Experience in implementation projects & Support. Experience in software development life cycle, Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, Design and architecture review Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience in developing applications in various modules including FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/QM/PI Good debugging skills to trouble-shoot customer issues and complex programs SAP product certifications are a plus. Good understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical domain. Strong understanding of Web / Enterprise Services including ABAP Proxy and SAP API Expert IDOC enhancement and ALE/IDOC Responsibility Expertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality leveraging standard enhancements framework User exists, Business Transaction Events (BTE), Business Add Ins (BADI), Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit). Form Development experience in SAP-Script, Smart-forms and Adobe Forms. Experience in developing data migration programs Experience in code optimization, performance tuning and runtime analysis Expertise in using Code Inspector, Single Transaction Analysis, SQL Performance Trace, Runtime Analysis tools Experience in developing applications using object-oriented programming techniques. Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Operates independently using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives Excellent problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and team player. Analytical skills Experience in Service now Tool (advantage) Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders Troubleshoot and debug ABAP issues related to custom transactions, reports, and interfaces Interact with the PI/PO for ABAP and EDI issues and designs Recommend and take action directing the analysis and solution of problems with our managed service provider Vendor Management, leading your service provider team, drive continuous improvement and deliver a high-quality service that supports the business Support ITIL processes including, but not limited to Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Release Management and Configuration Management. Ensure that all Enterprise Applications processes integrate seamlessly with managed service vendors processes Deliver a robust metrics reporting capability in support of all Application ITIL processes, including monthly SLA reporting for all relevant leaders Ensure vendor management best practices are in place and drive metrics and related vendor performance reviews on a monthly basis. Lead technical projects, including gathering business requirements, creating functional and technical specifications, design, code and test ABAP programs, SAP forms, batch jobs and EDI interfaces Requires Strong Technical analysis skills.
