Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL, Richardson (TX) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 6 years of Information Technology experience. Experience of full-stack development of enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SOAP, REST Web services, Spring Boot, Microservices Experience with web UI technologies using Java. JSP, Servlets , Spring Web, Angular or React Experience in developing and maintaining applications in any one of these areas: Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Field Operations, Network Lab Management Experience working on one of DB technologies, writing queries – Oracle, PL/SQL or Postgres Design and monitor tools to measure a particular problem or the contribution of a particular technique over time Work with product management and application development teams to identify, prototype, develop and deploy applications. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with web UI technologies on NodeJS, Angular or React Experience developing cloud-based applications, preferably AWS, GCC Experience in application design using design principles, patterns and best practices Experience using tools like GIT, Ant/Maven, Eclipse/IntelliJ IDEA/NetBeans Experience in CI/CD Tools Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
