The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in technical program management, solution architecture, and data systems. This role focuses on the strategic planning and design phase of projects, with an emphasis on data engineering, data management, and data platforms within an AWS cloud environment. The IT Technology Leader will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the technical roadmap, guide execution leaders, and provide technical leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and solutions. + Architect Proof of Concept (PoC) content to validate project feasibility and design. + Develop and align project plans with the technical roadmap. + Estimate workload sizes and resource requirements for upcoming projects. + Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to execution teams. + Promote best practices in data engineering, data management, and data platform development. + Ensure the alignment of all project work with business goals and technical strategies. + Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies. + Lead design sessions and workload planning with the project team. + Leverage AWS cloud technologies and services to design and implement scalable and secure data solutions. **Job Overview** This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and leads in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs.
