As an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist, your primary focus will be on gathering, interpreting and transforming business requirements into data and analytics solutions within one or more agile IT delivery products. You will contribute to ongoing and new projects to deliver value along the Sales and Partner processes.
What you'll do:
Contribute to the successful delivery of Sales Revenue Assurance's solutions with emphasis on value orientation, stakeholder focus, and enhancing efficiencies in alignment with the organization and SAP's strategy and mission. Operate as a senior expert within an Agile team, taking charge of key solution areas including brainstorming, creation, testing, deployment, maintenance and support. Function as a reliable business partner with our product owners, participating in crucial deliveries, documenting, and communicating features and progress with stakeholders. Contribute configuration/development/coding expertise, always aiming to raise the quality of solutions. May serve as a subject matter expert on strategic programs of key importance. Acquire an extensive functional understanding of SAP business operations in one or more domains.What you bring:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, bonus for experience supporting sales, post-sales, and/or partner processes. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. A familiarity with data storytelling. An ability to build relationships across teams and organizations to achieve goals. A clear understanding of how data is organized, stored, and retrieved from SAP and non-SAP databases at large scale, using a variety of connection types. Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP analytics tools and languages, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, R, and more. Experience with Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, such as SAP Datasphere or others a plus. Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies. Excellent organization and time management skills, with experience working in a global team.Meet your team:
