What you'll do
Technical Leadership & Agile Practice
-Actively participate in PI & Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Mentor developers in an international team setting
- Drive technical decisions while working as first amongst equals
- Support sprint goal achievement through architectural guidance
Architecture & Implementation
- Design and implement resilient architectures focusing on:
- High availability and fault tolerance
- Performance optimization
- Scalability and extensibility
- Comprehensive monitoring and alerting
- Automated recovery patterns
- Adhere to corporate integration patterns for LLM APIs and AI services
- Ensure elegant and maintainable implementations aligned with sprint goals
- Maintain architecture documentation and technical debt backlog
Operations & Quality
- Lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain SLAs/SLOs for platform services
- Establish quality gates and testing strategies within sprint cycles
- Support sprint reviews with technical demonstrations
- Contribute to sprint retrospectives with technical insights
What you bring
-Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in technical architecture, focusing on distributed systems
- Experience with enterprise API management platforms
- Knowledge of disaster recovery practices
- Experience with distributed systems monitoring
- Track record of capacity planning for high-availability services
- SAFe certification
- Strong expertise in:
- High-availability patterns
- System observability
- Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP, BTP)
- Service orchestration
- Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD automation
- Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with Agile/SAFe practices
- Track record of building reliable, scalable platforms
- Proven leadership experience in Scrum teams

You'll work within a SAFe/Agile framework, collaborating with SMs, POs and Development team members. You'll lead the platform development team in building a robust foundation that enables rapid, reliable deployment of AI solutions enhancing value & impact.
