Are you passionate about procurement and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We are looking for an IT TELCO & BID BUYER to join our team and make an impact in both procurement and bid management roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

For the TELCO Category:

Negotiate products/services in the TELCO category. Conduct tenders for products/services within this domain. Actively participate in global TELCO meetings. Manage and collect rebates and credit notes for the category.

For the BID Team:

Prepare essential documents such as NDAs, MOUs, and contracts. Ensure compliance with offer submission schedules. Negotiate MOUs (pre-sales back-to-back contracts) to protect the company’s interests.

 

Specific Requirements:

Represent French procurement in internal client and supplier meetings. Exhibit a clear understanding of the stakes and objectives. Collaborate effectively within a team. Display interpersonal skills and dynamism to manage high-level interactions. Demonstrate fluency in both French and English. Possess solid knowledge of IT TELCO processes and legal concepts.
