Resource should have good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, specifically Service cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities and should be able to work with offshore, guiding them on day to day tasks Resource should also have working experience in Agile framework and able to support Agile activities. Resource should have good communication skills and should be able to interact client stakeholders directly. Resource should have good understanding of JIRA test management tool
