Our client, in **Columbus, OH** is seeking an **IT Test Analyst** to join their team. **Job Title: IT Test Analyst** **Location:** **Columbus, OH** **What’s the Job?** + Participates in functional and technical design reviews to ensure understanding of relevant business processes, technologies, and architectures. + Creates or modifies test scenarios and test cases that are in alignment with functional requirements. + Ensures appropriate test data is defined and available in the test environment + Executes and statuses test cases, including proof of testing. + Clearly document defects, and retests fixes in a timely manner in required test management tool. + Effectively communication progress and status to test lead/manager. + Deliver quality work to meet the needs of application teams and business partners + Work in a collaborative project environment with cross-functional teams. + Assists in driving issues to closure. + Complete assignments on time in accordance with the priorities identified by the test lead. **What’s Needed?** + Retail experience including functional integration and regression testing on POS systems, POS workflows and integrations. + Experience in website or e-commerce testing particularly focused on order creation and interfacing it downstream. + HP ALM or JIRA + Understanding of BOPIS (Buy online pick up in store) feature a plus. + Basic knowledge of SQL for backend testing and data validation a plus. + Experience working in an onshore/offshore model. + Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile). + Experience working on projects with multiple teams and resources. + Organizational and planning skills. **What’s in it for me?** + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401k) + Experis Academy + Contract + Hybrid If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
