测试工程师
岗位职责：
1、搭建和维护公司项目的测试环境；
2、根据产品功能制定测试计划，设计测试数据和测试用例；
3、有效执行（包括覆盖分析、回归分析和编写测试工具）测试用例，撰写并提交测试报告；
4、准确定位并跟踪产品问题，推动问题及时合理解决；
5、协助运维部门部署程序至生产环境
6、生产环境的跟踪测试
7、每日质量监控、提交监控日志。
任职要求：
深刻理解软件测试流程及测试规范，能熟练编写测试计划，测试用例，测试报告；
熟悉常用的软件测试方法、软件工程知识，熟悉面向对象设计的测试工作；
熟练使用禅道、JIRA、Jmeter、SVN、等测试管理工具；
熟悉Windows、Linux等主流操作系统，能熟练在Linux系统下进行日常测试工作；
熟悉ORACLE、SQL SERVER等主流数据库，并能熟练编写SQL语句；
熟悉Java、Python、C语言，能读懂且编写简单功能代码；
熟悉CMMI规范，熟悉软件工程原理及软件开发规范及流程；
精通Python Selenium 自动化测试优先；
精通Java Jmeter 压力测试优先；
