Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to assist the IT Area Manager in executing IT tasks assigned for a specific business unit.To support  the Local IT team in patch management and system updates by coordinating and ensuring end users’ systems are up to dateYou are responsible of managing IT assets, ie: setting up computers, managing IT equipment and lifecycle of the equipmentsResolve help desk requests, ensuring timely follow up and effective communicationResponsible for the provisioning of IT Service Requests within the agreed SLA for local ITIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations What You Need to Succeed

i) Qualification / IT Know-How

Diploma or Degree in any discipline but with keen a interest in IT with at least a year of IT support or Technical Support experience Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document dataHave a good understanding of the ITIL framework is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHaving knowledge in these will be an added advantage: Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, LAN, VPN & Wireless, Antivirus, Windows 10.
