The Digital Workplace Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Syensqo's digital workplace practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and initiatives that align with Syensqo's commitment to ethical and sustainable digital practices. The Digital Workplace Compliance Specialist will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and integrity in the digital realm.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Program Implementation: implement workplace compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies, identifying areas for improvement. Training & Education: Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on how to use the collaborative tools in compliance Collaboration: Work closely with CISO Office, HR, legal, and other departments to ensure the collaborative platform is managed according to group policies and applicable laws Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns linked to the use of the collaborative tools Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular reports on compliance activities, findings, and improvements. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, recommending updates to policies and practices as needed.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in digital workplace compliance, legal, or related roles. Strong understanding of digital compliance principles, laws, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex digital compliance concepts to employees at all levels.
