What success looks like in this role:
Registering and validating the Partner' service requests
Booking appointment in case the Customer requires it
Interface between our Customer and our Customer Engineers
Perform initial triage of service event
Order the necessary part the Engineer requires for the service requests
Ensure Customer Engineers access requirements are met
Assign service requests to Customer Engineer
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Fluent Italian and English language skills
Knowledge/experience of PC systems & components
Experience of incident logging systems is an advantage
Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
ITIL qualification is an advantage
