ITALY NETWORK DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
ROLE MISSION: Drive the optimization of Amplifon’s geographical footprint by strategically implementing the most profitable and effective retail mix. Identify and execute the appropriate store formats tailored to each location, ensuring maximum market penetration and operational efficiency.
The goal is to create a balanced and sustainable retail network that maximizes revenue potential.
Lead development plans execution and effectiveness through well-defined KPIs, by keeping a strong focus on profitability down to the single store level.
Plan and execute new openings, transfers, and closures ensuring continuous network performance improvement with successful processes on a store-by-store basis.
Drive, develop, and implement all country-level projects related to store network development
Consistently monitor and analyze the business potential of various geographical regions, including defining ideal staffing levels for the network and prioritizing recruitment needs.
Assess the existing store network and identify opportunities for expansion.
Design the most effective development plans to capitalize on new commercial opportunities, selecting the optimal retail mix for each area and defining the most suitable store formats
Continuously evaluate competitors’ strategies, including their market penetration, organizational structure, and store formats to predictively develop the best store network strategy.
Take full ownership of the network development budget, managing resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
Guide and align Sales field force, mainly Area Managers, to ensure effective implementation of retail network strategies.
Technical Skills / Experience
ESSENTIAL
Experienced business development professional in Retail Industry
Commercial awareness and experience in using data to drive improved performance and business expansion
Strong analytical and computer skills
Property Management Experience
Experience of managing projects liaising with internal and external stakeholders
