Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking an ITAM Analyst. Responsibilities: * The ITAM Analyst will review and validate business requirements to develop sourcing strategies for software, hardware, and IT Professional services * Review and/or draft Statement of Work documents for renewal agreements in conjunction with Information, Corporate Technology, GTM, and Security business teams * Partner with Business Leads, Third-Party Risk Management, Contract Operations, Legal, and Finance teams on procurement lifecycle tasks including contracting, negotiations, supplier onboarding, and payment processing * Manage contract engagement progress and support business leads through the end to end supplier onboarding process in JIRA, Aravo, Agiloft, Oracle ERP systems and related tools * Lead Request For Proposal (RFx) and supplier negotiations for strategic IT cost-savings initiatives * Negotiate commercial terms with supplier and consult with Legal and Contract Operations to support cost savings/value, service level standards, risk mitigation, and timely renewals * Work closely with procurement operations by reviewing purchase requisitions for accuracy via Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud, ensuring appropriate contracts are on file, monitoring service ticket status, ensuring Purchase Order confirmation to the third-party vendor and/or IT business owner, supporting invoice resolution (Tier 2), and facilitating contract renewal process * The ITAM Analyst will provide reporting on requested KPIs and maintain updates to the contract tracker and renewal registry on a regular basis
