Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gaining deep business process knowledge of assigned business unit for pro-active understanding of business needsWork as single point of contact and go to person for assigned Business Unit(s) as IT BP.Jointly fulfill the role of a product owner in the agile team with business product ownerPrioritize the feature roadmap (user story level) and work with the development team during the development of a new applicationCommon responsibility end-to-end for the digital solutions (incl. go-live, training, stakeholder communication) together with Business product ownerEnsure business value is clearly defined by business and indicates strictly the priority of project executionUnderstanding of existing tool and system landscape at ZEISS to consult the business how to drive their ideas forward,Be able to translate vague business requests into implementable increments and solid understanding of functionalilties/scope of SAP, Sharepoint, WeChat, WeCom,Responsible to make sure that a digital solution is build in a fast, iterative way in line with ZEISS processes and rules and can be operated and maintainedConsult on the right MCB (make, collaborate, buy) approach and systems to be consideredSupport the Product Owner by writing required documents and taking over project management related tasksEnable & consult the Product OwnerRecommend, lead and coordinate new functions or applications to meet Carl Zeiss BU business requirementsPreparation of required IT demands to post to APAC Demand Management for required application implementation within Zeiss APAC IT teamLeading relevant Projects after Demand approval (Standard applications, in-house developed or/and outsourced applications)Build up close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders within the Business unit, Regional IT, Corporate IT and Corporate Business Unit IT to keep up with the latest Corporate relevant IT projects in order to keep up with Zeiss corporate relevant projectsClosely manage each project to meet defined deadlines and milestones concerning all relevant tasks (project planning, budget control, realization, testing and training coordination, communication, risk management…)Working closely together with APAC Regional Governance Head and other PMO colleagues for driving standardization of Project Execution and Project methodologies
Education / 教育背景
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, business management or related disciplineKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools; Professional certifications (PMP or ITIL) are preferred,Agile Project methodology knowledge is must haveExperience / Competence 经验
Minimum 5 years of working experience and at least 3 years of project manager experience,Profen record of 1 year Agile project deliveryHands on experience in implementing of applications e.g. SAP, DMS, Mini programsExperience in managing IT projects in an international and multicultural environmentWide range of IT application knowledge such as order-2-cash, ERP, SharePoint, WeChat etc.Other skills / 其他技能
English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening, and speaking. (need to attend global meetings and trainings)Possess mobility to work in a fast-paced environmentBe able to work under pressure and good time management skillUse initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures.Organize work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.Communicate effectively with co-workers, superiors, vendors and others sufficient to exchange or convey information
