About the team

Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.

The SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) and SPM (Service Portfolio Management) teams are globally accountable for ensuring accuracy about business services and their underlying service assets. This includes CMDB Management, Software & Hardware Asset Management, and Service Portfolio Management. You will be part of a small team providing Service Asset Management globally for all Worldpay service assets.

What you’ll own

An Asset Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing an organization's asset lifecycle, whether hardware or software. This includes tasks like maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. They are responsible for the lifecycle management of Worldpay’s IT equipment, ensuring optimal utilization, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. They also work closely with IT departments and vendors to ensure smooth asset procurement and usage.

Tracks and manages software asset data.Assist with asset user access and permissions.Handle incoming requests for the asset database.Assists senior analysts with asset data population.Creates basic reports on assetsPerforms basic asset audits and inventory control.

What you bring

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong data management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with computers and technology.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of IT hardware and software.Experience with asset tracking systems a plus.

Added bonus if you have:

Extra experience with ServiceNow, specifically the licensing, asset, and CMDB spaces.Experience with databases and table structures.ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations certificationProficiency in spreadsheet and database software
