About the team

Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.

The SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) and SPM (Service Portfolio Management) teams are globally accountable for ensuring accuracy about business services and their underlying service assets. This includes CMDB Management, Software & Hardware Asset Management, and Service Portfolio Management. You will be part of a small team providing Service Asset Management globally for all Worldpay service assets.

What you’ll own

Working as part of a team you will support best practices and procedures for Portfolio Management. You will be responsible for maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) foundational data; Product, Service, and Application portfolios. In addition to some CMDB operational data. Also ensuring Service Commitments are mapped to Clients and Applications correctly. You will be required to assist in the development, and implementation, of effective procedures and processes for accurately tracking & accounting for Products, Services, Applications, their commitments and the clients consuming them through their lifecycles.

Ensuring Products and Service attributes and relationships are correct in the CMDB by providing guidance to stakeholders, performing data certification exercises and direct updates when required.Working with Product Management, to map out new or existing products into the CMDB.Support Audits and proactively identify risk areas and advise on mitigation.Certifying that the data in the models is up to date.Performing data analytics to identify gaps in the data.

What you bring

Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.Hands-on experience of ServiceNow toolset.Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with personal initiative.Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to follow process and demonstrate high degree of accuracy/quality.An understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CDSM).

Added bonus if you have

An understanding of Product and Service concepts (with CSDM).Knowledge of how Payment's systems work.ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred.Understanding of Service Level Agreements.ServiceNow development experience, writing scripts, creating transform maps, catalogs, tables, ACLs etc.Programming experience with SQL, Python, Javascript, HTML, Jelly.Experience using relational databases.
