We are currently looking for an ITIL Process Specialist to join our team in Nissan México. 

A Day at Nissan:

The ITSM Process Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT service management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and the ability to drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Plan and Implement ITSM Processes: Design, develop and implement efficient and effective IT service management processes, training, software specifications, procedures and tools to optimize IT service delivery. Manages process roadmap and backlog.Quality Assurance: Conduct IT service quality assurance, monitor, and analyze performance issues to ensure high standards of service. Support IT Governance: Assist in meeting IT governance and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Assists with resolution of Cross-functional conflicts and leads cross-functional collaboration of process improvements. Service Level Management: Identifies, monitors and reports on process KPIs to ensure they are met and exceeded. Analyzes and presents trend analysis from KPIs  identification of next steps; Develops proposed solutions or direction for trend analysis findings. Determines organizational communication requirements and drives communication planCollaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in IT service management or a related field.Certification: ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is requiredProficiency in ITSM tools and software. Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards
