The job will also require hiring instructional staff and assisting in professional development planning and implementation. The Supervisor of Instructional Programs will have leadership responsibilities to support staff and students by being leaders of programming specific to their respective regional sites and issues that involve collaborative problem-solving. The Supervisor of Instructional Programs will assist in leading classroom team meetings within highly specialized classrooms and develop targeted programmatic interventions and planning in conjunction with other E2CCB leaders. The Supervisor of Instructional Programs will represent E2CCB when working collaboratively with component district personnel and community agencies and will interact with various administrators within departments of E2CCB. This position will require collaboration and coordination through attending meetings of various forms.
