**ITN SYS Admin Profess III** **Description** **JOB SUMMARY:** Employer Kautex Inc\. is seeking a Sr\. Specialist IT \(San Antonio\) in San Antonio, TX\. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Be responsible for supporting all Information Technology \(IT\) related customer needs within the facility, including all departments in the facility regarding IT Shop Floor activities, CAQ from IBS and production planning systems\. Be responsible for executing the IT shopfloor strategy and ensuring that consistency is applied to our computer systems and IT applications\. Provide leadership in the use of shop floor applications across the business and ensure the quality of client support delivery throughout the shop floor application's life cycle\. Specifically, be responsible for the following duties: * Responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining the IT Network, communications systems \(mobiles and landlines phones\), and office and shop floor PCs\. * Supporting and maintaining CAQ/MES installation in the plant; * Acting as 2nd level support for Shop Floor; * Working with a global ticket system\. * Supporting and ensuring that patching is applied; * Supporting the users and processes in SAP SFC, including the maintenance of SAP Hardware, Scanners, and Printers; * Executing Software and Hardware standardization/purchasing in conjunction with our suppliers and IT Kautex/Textron guidelines; * Providing explanations to customers on correct usage of global Kautex applications\. * Serving as a liaison between the plant's needs and the Global IT organization\. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the IT Environment\. * Remaining current on the continuing innovation within the organization and relevant technology trends \(e\.g\.: Industry 4\.0, IoT, Digital Factory\); * Manage IT Plant Budget\. * Ensuring IT Access Security, IT Change Control, IT Disaster Recovery Plan, and IT General Controls are followed in accordance with Kautex's Security Guidelines; * Support global topics such as SCOTT and Sequencing WSW; * 20% Domestic and International travel required\. hybrid work from home schedule permitted one \(1\) day/week within reasonable commuting distance from office, located at 1 Lone Star Pass, Building 3, San Antonio, TX 78264 \ * must be able to get to office within 1 hour of call\-in situation\.
