HealthCare HHC program focused on the implementation of the Epic electronic health record across the organization The OpTimeAnesthesia Team implements and supports the Surgical Services staff in HHCrsquos acute and outpatient surgery departments Preference will be given to individuals with prior Epic experience either on the IT or operation sides Travel to Epicrsquos corporate office in Madison WI could be requiredPosition SummaryThe Application Analyst works under the direction of the applicationrsquos team lead to design build test clinical systems They support workflow analysis design and build sessions with subject matter Experts physicians nursing and other ancillary services personnel They complete in depth and precise investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality to deliver on expected outcomes Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position Successful candidates enjoy helping other users learn and adopt usage of the application This position is part of an on call rotationPosition ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes workflow and how it translates into application configurations to ensure consistent system designAnticipates and provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary prioritiesCompletes specific build tasks as assignedAssists in building clinical documentation tools and testing of new clinical content functionalityDocuments and maintains all required system design and build documents and configures system accordinglyParticipates actively in weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities issues change communications and updatesCoordinates vendor support for functional and technical support of assigned areas as neededCommunicates with customer base on the
