Supply Chain Enterprise Business Systemsmiddot Provides application and technical information system support middot Designs analyzes builds tests trains and supports assigned applications middot Facilitate issue resolution providing alternative solutions to problems and proactively enhancing application design and implementationmiddot On Call responsibilities as requiredPosition ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of Responsibilitymiddot Builds and maintains assigned applications and interfacesmiddot Develop solutions within OnBase using native licensed functionality including Workflow WorkView and Unity Formsmiddot As needed leverage OnBase API C andor VBScript to further enhance OnBase solutions to enable user adoption and meet business process needs middot Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications using Hylandrsquos Unity toolkit external database links andor custom integration applications to link enterprise applications with OnBase solutions achieving a seamless user experience middot Prepare technical requirements and solution design based on functional requirements middot Differentiate configuration between controlled environments and migrate changes through the development lifecycle per established devops procedures middot Maintainrefine existing content management solutions to meet future service requirements including but not limited to document imaging scan sweep etc advanced capture documentcontent management basic configuration folders etc document import processes DIP COLD workflow html forms and unity forms middot Build reports leveraging the Hyland Report Services module andor writing custom SQL scripts against the OnBase Oracle database for support and administration purposes middot Provide back up for the administration and maintenance of the OnBase application Ability to partner with the OnBase Administrator to develop tools that enable automation where applicable middot Deliver assigned projects covering full life cycle from development to production go live middot Serve as project lead and solution analyst for customer projects as needed middot Partner with the Manager in assessing and complete cost benefit analysis on new Hyland modules to determine how the added functionality would enhance service offerings middot Build and maintain relationships with key business users and IT partners involved with education requirementmiddot Due to sensitive security and financial responsibilities must successfully pass CreditFinancial screeningsmiddot Previous experience working as a developer on full lifecycle projects leveraging SDLC methodology including waterfall and agile approaches to project implementation middot Experience in the configuration and setup of Enterprise content management
