Our team is proud to support Queensland's road network, contributing to some of Queensland region's largest infrastructure projects.

Are you ready to lead and grow your career in civil construction? We’re seeking an ITS Civil Leading Hand to join our high-performing Construction and Maintenance Team at the Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 Project. Also to play a vital role in maintaining and installing Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) electrical works on future projects.

About You

MR Licence (essential) Minimum 3 years of industry experience in ITS, traffic signals and road lighting (essential) Proven supervisory experience leading crews or multiple teams Hands-on experience in civil labouring and concreting (slabs, fixtures, fittings, footings) Knowledge of plant operation (highly regarded) Experience working with local councils or QLD TMR projects Knowledge and strong understanding of relevant specifications and standards for local council and TMR Skills in training apprentices, organising sub-contractors, and reviewing quality practices Commitment to safety and Zero Harm
