Education: Associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills:

Proven experience as a technical support specialist or similar role.Strong familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and other office management applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical users.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Direct experience with PC diagnostics and repair.Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability: Available for on-call based on department needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently (activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) required to stand, sit, and walk; frequently to use hands, fingers; and frequently to talk or hear.
