ITSM Analyst/Change Manager
Job Description One of our clients is hiring an Analyst to focus on the implementation and change management of ITSM procedures and practices. They will support our efforts to formally launch their service management practice this fiscal year. This will entail working with the team populating our service catalog to ensure the key staff-facing services have been cataloged and each entry reviewed for accuracy and completeness; working with several Information services teams to ensure a smooth roll out of the first phase service catalog; aligning the service catalog with our change management and incident management practices and working with our knowledge management team to enhance documentation related to some of our core services. The position may also entail analysis of our service health, service adoption (number of consumers) and service consumption (frequency of consumption) as well as some possible scripting to help with the integration across all these practices.
