Job Summary:

The role focuses on enhancing knowledge management and IT training for support team members. It involves designing and refining IT processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The position also includes managing change, improving service delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining knowledge management strategies, creating and managing knowledge articles, and delivering IT training programs.

Create, update, and manage knowledge articles, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Conduct regular reviews and audits of knowledge content to ensure it meets organizational standards.Collaborate with IT teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance IT skills and knowledge.Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge articles and training programs.Work with subject matter experts to develop and update knowledge and training content.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the IT department.

Education and/or Experience:

Associates degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum three years of relevant experienceITIL, COBIT or other Service Management experience or certification preferred.
