Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfactionTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutionsConduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilitiesAssist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related componentsDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidesStay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processesProvide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices

Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably with Ivanti UWM or similar user workspace management solutionsExperience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security protocolsSolid knowledge of Ivanti UWM products and user workspace management technologiesProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issuesProven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Ivanti Certified Professional)Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
