Kforce has a client seeking a remote IVR Conversational Designer - central time zone preferred. Responsibilities: * Design and develop conversational IVR systems * Code and integrate with Amazon Lex, from Nuance, Voiceflow, or Dialogflow * Create high-level designs and enhance design features * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration * Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality * Provide documentation and training as needed
