\nThe Technical Business Analyst will gather requirements, conduct analysis, and use case validation for Conduent’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
Responsibilities\n\n Requirements gathering and analysis.\n Managing product backlog, prioritizing user stories to drive the greatest business value aligned with broader strategic goals.\n Performing business analysis functions.\n Leading through influence in both technical and business settings.\n Evaluating user requests for new programs or modified program components.\n Analyzing business requirements and generating project specifications.\n Writing and analyzing business requirements, generating project specifications.\n Developing technical designs.\n Verifying performance, stability, interoperability of software solutions.\n Working with application/solution architects to set direction of design and development. \n Supporting Change Requests through SIT, UAT, Client UAT and Production deployment.\n Requirements\n\n Exhibit extensive knowledge of IVR call flow.\n Show experience writing User Stories based on high-level business requirements and refining with team participation.\n Able to work with the product team and client team to create product vision and roadmaps.\n Illustrate effective communication skills.\n Possess experience with MS Office applications, Team Foundation Server, and Visio.\n Have experience collaborating directly with client staff daily.\n Show prior experience as a system analyst or business analyst working with public-sector case management systems (preferred).\n Have knowledge of Genesys PureCloud/PureConnect (preferred).\n Possess working experience with Child Protective Services and public-sector finances (preferred).\n\nFlexible Working

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $65-75k.
