PROFILE:

You hold a Master of Engineering degree (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) and have 3 to 5 years of significant proven experience in Test, Integration, Verification, and Validation.You are recognised as a team player and enjoy collaborative work.You are analytical, structured, and have a synthetic approach.You are considered a problem-solver.You are convincing and persuasive.You enjoy dealing with diverse and complex projects.

You have a deep understanding of Engineering Project Management Principles.You possess good knowledge of:Component testingIntegration & VerificationTest automationTest equipmentTest ManagementValidation & AcceptanceYou are adept at handling data and are familiar with programming languages.You have a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve a balanced budget.You demonstrate strong leadership and are willing to mentor and grow junior team members.You know how to use your creativity to ensure full customer satisfaction.

LIFE AS A THALES IVVQ ENGINEER

As an IVVQ Engineer within Thales, you will ensure the test preparation and execution according to the strategy given by the IVVQ Manager and:

Perform module, program, or unit testing of individual software components.Define the integration tree step by step, consistent with the system release plan.Develop, deploy, and maintain software that performs or supports test activities such as test management, test design, test execution, and results checking.Provide investigative support of a staging or SIL environment with the help of software or hardware tools.Identify test equipment, whether standard or specialised, and any special calibration requirements needed for each Test Activity.Plan, estimate, monitor, and control IVVQ activities.Identify the means required (enabling System) to validate the Solution, and define the operational scenarios and validation criteria to objectively assess compliance of the Solution.Satisfy customer expectations.Prepare test campaigns, run the tests, and analyse the results.Write and update the integration and verification test procedures documentation.Lead demonstrations to the end customer.[Other specific info - to be filled in by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition]
