Role & Responsibilities

As the senior IVVQ, you are responsible for the installation, configuration of all components of the solution infrastructure to ensure system behaviour and performance, then to deploy the system across the various project locations. Also, evaluate, rectify, troubleshooting any technical problems that arise in the existing or new networks/system. And you are responsible for writing and transcription of requirements in Jira from Confluence and writing of the TEST in JIRA, the objective is to link each one of the epics with the corresponding requirements or even develop new application for fulfill the business gap.

Main Activities / Tasks:

Implementation, Integration, Troubleshooting of Thai eP systems:

Software integration, validation and trouble shooting.

Installation and configuration of all components of the solution infrastructure (hardware assembly, Operating System installation, software installation, configuration and optimization of the whole system)

Support development/integration team for installation, configuration and optimization of the Thsles D I S solution components.

Define and configure all security policies for the system.

Produce all associated documentation (installation and administration guide, security procedure, inputs for disaster recovery plan implementation, inputs for Certificate Practice Statement and Certificates Policy for PKI solution)

You manage the internal infrastructure by sizing the system, challenging the technological and equipment choice and proposing the more efficient and cost effective way to answer the internal PSD requirements

Maintain system health by monitoring and implementing preventative and corrective actions.

Knowledge and skills

Have advance knowledge of networking: Web Application Firewall, proxy, and load balancer

Possess knowledge of virtualization/container technology (VMware, Docker)

Possess knowledge of communication protocols (i.e. HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, Sockets, TCP/IP)

Possess knowledge of Database Server (Oracle and MySQL)

Possess knowledge of Active Directory Server (Microsoft AD)

Possess knowledge of Multi-Domain Management

Possess knowledge of C++, and Java; Python Net, bash, and power shell

Education, qualifications, and special training

Bachelor degree in IT or computer engineering

Able to communicate in English fluently

Experience

5 to 10 years’ or more experience in IT/Network/Security administration, deployment or operation

Possess a systems engineering background

Experience in Linux and Windows Server user experience

Experience in customer project activity

Experience in operation / production environment
