Job Summary

Langan is seeking an IWMS Account Manager to join its collaborative national practice.  This individual will serve a key function in monitoring client budgets, billing, contracts and software renewals as well as working with Client Application Stakeholders to identify tactical (short term, incremental) and strategic (longer term, new capabilities) improvements to their IWMS (primarily Archibus) systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally on both small-scale and large-scale IWMS projects.

Job Responsibilities Meet regularly with Client leaders to review current initiatives and to make plans for new projects; Review budgets and billing; work to add to or create new Purchase Orders as needed to fund planned work; Ensure Archibus and Langan Software subscriptions are kept current; arrange for purchase of new applications and modules as needed; Identify and maintain contact with existing and potential system stakeholders within the client organization – Understand the needs of these groups as regards the Archibus system; Create and maintain a client Archibus System Roadmap including: Initiatives Currently in progress, Planned initiatives understood in detail, & Future capabilities still beings defined; Coordinate estimation, approval and scheduling of initiatives; Assist with Langan and User testing (work with IWMS Administrators);  Create and deliver training for new capabilities (work with IWMS Admins to develop and deliver);  Participate in the identification and pursuit of new IWMS clients, develop additional work within an existing project and attend business development meetings with new and existing clients; Prepare sales proposals; educational and demo sessions featuring IWMS software;  Perform other duties as requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field; 5+ Years of experience working with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS); 5+ Years of Arhcibus experience Experience WSD, Tririga, Nuvolo, FM:Systems, or Centerstone preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organization and multi-tasking skills; Ability to work under pressure within tight schedules; Availability to travel between Langan Offices; and Strong client development abilities and proven seller/doer a plus.
