This position is an internship with the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area, supporting the Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) line of business Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team. The position will afford the selected candidate the opportunity to learn more about the business development function, and to build relationships within a dynamic team. Specifically, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to integrate with the Advanced Concepts (AC) team where they will learn about Lockheed Martin’s customer relationships and cutting edge technologies. This is inclusive of analyzing customer and internal data in support of key recommendations to transform our business operations. Additional projects will be tailored to fit our business need and the ideal candidate's individual development goals.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, engineering, or project Management subject matter or area of expertise in strong alignment with the scope of this position.
• Demonstrated performance in a fast paced environment, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Capable of translating technical concepts into business solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency with key office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to present results of tasks to leadership.
Desired Skills:
• Strong organization and project management skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
