As a Client Development Team Leader, you will be focused on coaching, energizing and leading Licensed Professionals to deliver an exceptional and welcoming experience for prospective investors and new clients. Your team will work closely with newly acquired clients during the critical first 120 days of a new client relationships to meet their comprehensive service needs and orient the client to the products, services and platforms that best suit their financial needs. Your team will make inbound and outbound calls to both clients and prospects and introduce prospective clients to advisors to enhance their overall relationship.

A valid and active Series 7 and Series 66 license is required - If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment Leadership and People Development experience required with a proven track record of developing and coaching high performing teams Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external talent by building and maintaining personal network of contacts High degree of investment services and product acumen and keen interest in the financial marketsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 4 years of equivalent work experience required Business Development experience preferred
