Overall, the responsibility of the Jack Daniel's Assistant Brand Manager is to provide assistance to Jack Daniel's Brand Manager and Marketing Manager Jack Daniel’s Brand to build and implement brand strategies, to execute and track marketing programs, and to develop and manage all necessary marketing tools and resources in consultation with the Jack Daniel's Brand Manager, Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders.

Connects and collaborates with multiple internal and external
constituencies/stakeholders, including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams in Japan, Asia Regional and Global brand teams, Marketing and PR agencies and other suppliers/business partners.

Meaningful work from day 1 

The responsibility of the Jack Daniel's Assistant Brand Manager is to provide assistance to the Brand Manager for Jack Daniels to build and implement brand strategies, to execute and track marketing programs, and to develop and manage all necessary marketing tools and resources in consultation with the Brand Manager, and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

Connect and collaborate with multiple internal and external constituencies/stakeholders, including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams in Japan, Asia Regional and Global brand teams, Marketing and PR agencies and other suppliers/business 

Support Brand Manager in the overall strategy and implementation for Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands (JDFOB).
Drive the execution of marketing projects in line with the annual marketing plan to deliver fiscal year objectives.
Lead/Support product launches for the briefing, development and approval process for local creative development, marketing activations, or regional/global creative adaptation projects for JDFOB.
Track and monitor the status and results of the marketing projects.
Independent budget management, monthly budget reporting, ensure proper attribution of costs for the assigned projects.
Be an advocate and ambassador for brand knowledge and best-in-class adoption. Play an active role with commercial team and distribution partners - particularly in the education need for excellence in execution.
Provide ad hoc support on special projects as needed.
Leverage key processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer,
consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision making &
planning.
 

What you will bring to the table:

College/University in Business Administration/Marketing
3+ years of experience in Marketing
Experience in consumer goods industry
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent command of English and Japanese
