Job Description

FABITrack division of First American Bankcard Inc. is seeking a Jackpot Specialist team member. This role will assist our team with implementing our system for clients across the U.S.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, with a background in the casino industry—particularly in handling jackpot payouts. Experience working with technology/computers and problem-solving skills will be essential to assist clients effectively and efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation and setup of the jackpot product system for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration. Provide training and support to clients for use of system, ensuring a high level of understanding and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues as they arise, offering practical solutions in a timely manner. Experienced with data input, database management, and maintaining accurate records.

Schedule and travel

8 AM to 5 PM CT – Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekends required. Travel will be required 50% of the time.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, or combination of college education and job experience may be considered. Casino experience required. Experience with FABITrack and/or the FABIJackpot system is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills. Experience troubleshooting and managing support tickets to provide resolution. Computer skills including G-suite and MS Office products, required. Must be able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements of the Job

Constantly operates electronics, such as computers, printers, phones, etc. Has the ability to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Is regularly required to sit for daily duties. Standing and walking for long periods of time when on installations. Is required to be able to reach up, bend down, grab or hold equipment, pick up no more than 20 lbs.
